Privacy Notice
Version 2026-10-v1 · This notice is available in Marathi or Hindi on request.
This notice explains how Phadke Classes (“Phadke Classes”, “we”, “us”), Pune, Maharashtra, handles personal data collected through this website, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. Under the DPDP Act we are the Data Fiduciary for this data, and you are the Data Principal.
1. What personal data we collect
- Admission enquiry form: student name, parent/guardian name, mobile number, email (optional), course of interest, current class, board, preferred branch, your message, and your consent choices.
- Data rights / grievance form: your name, the mobile or email you used with us, your relationship to the student, and the details of your request.
- Proof of consent and security: date and time of submission, the version of this notice you saw, the page you submitted from, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address used to prevent spam. We do not store your raw IP address with your enquiry.
- When you contact us directly by phone, WhatsApp or email: the details you choose to share.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as Aadhaar numbers, bank details or health information on this website.
2. Why we use it (purposes)
- To respond to your enquiry and guide you about courses, batches, timings, fees and admission.
- To contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry.
- Only if you separately opt in: to send updates about new batches, test series and results. Not opting in does not affect your enquiry.
- To handle your data-rights requests and grievances, keep a record of consent, and protect the website from spam and misuse.
We process this data on the basis of your consent. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than those listed above.
3. Children’s personal data
Most of our students are under 18. Under the DPDP Act, personal data of a child (anyone under 18) may be processed only with the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. Our enquiry form must therefore be completed by a parent or guardian — or by a student who confirms they are 18 or older. Before we use a child’s data beyond replying to the parent’s enquiry, we confirm the consent directly with the parent or guardian on the mobile number provided. We do not track children’s behaviour or show them targeted advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers (Data Processors) who help us run this website and communicate with you, under contracts requiring them to protect it: our web hosting provider (Hostinger), our email service provider, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message us on WhatsApp. We may also disclose data where required by law. We do not share your data with other institutes or advertisers.
Google Maps: maps on this site load from Google only if you click “Show map”; until then no data is sent to Google.
5. Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies needed for it to work. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to admission are automatically deleted 12 months after they are received, or earlier if you ask us to delete them or withdraw consent.
- If the student takes admission, the data becomes part of the student’s admission record, which is covered by the notice given at admission.
- Data-rights requests are kept for up to 24 months after they are closed, so we can show how each request was handled.
7. How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted administrator access, spam protection, and storing only what is needed. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
8. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- Correct, complete, update or erase your personal data;
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect anything done before it, and once you withdraw we will stop processing and delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it;
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us about how your data is handled;
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in the event of death or incapacity.
To use any of these rights, use the Data Rights & Grievance form, email admissions@phadkeclasses.in, or simply reply “STOP” to any WhatsApp/SMS message from us to stop updates. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Changes to this notice
If we change how we use personal data, we will update this notice and change its version number. Where the change needs fresh consent, we will ask for it.
